About Pam
Who is Pam?
Pam is Irish and her passion comes from her father, who taught her that sailing allows you to combine adventure, competition, pleasure and to surpass yourself. She learnt to race dinghies in Ireland, before racing professionally around the world and finally settling in Brittany in order to fulfil her dream of becoming the Skipper of her own offshore racing project.
Pam is ambitious and hard working, in 2020 she set three world records by sailing around Ireland: doublehanded, with an all-female crew, and on a yacht of less than 12m.
It is with a thirst for performance that she has been accumulating experience since 2013, both solo and as part of the most successful mixed crews. She is at the beginning of her career and has upwards trajectory from here.
Pam is a passionate proponent for increasing female participation in professional and amateur sport, starting with offshore sailing. She aspires to create inspiration, motivation, opportunities and recognition for women in the sporting world.

Qualified Communications and Public Relations Specialist with fifteen years’ experience working internationally across sports, consumer and arts brand, events and clients.

Sailing coaching, mentoring and spokesperson roles for females in sport and sporting organisations and brands.
